Your Chabad house should not be running
on scattered spreadsheets.

Donor history is hard to find

Receipts and deposits take too long

Yahrtzeits slip by unnoticed

Mivtzoim contacts live in a pocket notebook

Event check-in is a paper list

Follow-up falls through the cracks

The website doesn't talk to the office

Generic CRMs don't understand Chabad workflows

Go Shliach brings it all together.

Scenes from the week

The week,
already organized.

This is the actual shape of a week on Go Shliach: the Jewish calendar watching the dates, follow-ups gathering themselves from every module, and the door list ready at the event.

Your whole team

Bring your team into one organized system.

Everyone who keeps your Chabad house running, working from the same source of truth.

Shliach
Shlucha
Office staff
Bookkeeper
Volunteers
Program directors

Roles, invite-only accounts, and two-factor authentication keep your workspace secure — the bookkeeper sees the books, the volunteer logs visits, and every Chabad house’s data stays fully isolated.

Security & privacy

The safest data is the data we never hold.

Donors ask, and boards ask. Here is the whole inventory — what lives in your workspace, and what never reaches our servers in the first place.

In your workspace

The giftAmount, date, fund, and the receipt you issued for it.
The donorName, address, contact details, and the notes your office keeps.
Your operationsHouseholds, pledges, programs, deposits, and communications.
Your teamWho has an account, what role they hold, and when they signed in.

Never reaches us

Card numbersNever received, never transmitted, never stored — not encrypted, not hashed, not there.
Security codesThe CVV on the back of a donor’s card never passes through Go Shliach.
Bank credentialsNo donor or organization banking logins are held by us.
Another Chabad house’s dataYour workspace cannot read theirs, and theirs cannot read yours.

Card details go from your donor’s browser straight to Stripe, certified at PCI DSS Level 1. And every Chabad house’s records are separated by the database itself, on every query — not by application code that could forget.

Accounting

From the check
to the bank.

Every gift recorded, receipted, batched onto a deposit slip, and summed up at year end — the books your bookkeeper wishes you kept.

  • Numbered receiptsGenerated on your letterhead — email as a PDF or print for mailing, with automatic sent statuses.
  • Deposit batches & slipsGroup checks, cash, and card into clean batches and print bank-ready deposit slips.
  • Pledges, balances & billsTrack what was promised, what's still open, and what the Chabad house owes.
  • Year-end statementsOne click sends every donor a clean tax statement covering the whole year.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

It is designed around Chabad workflows, but can also support similar nonprofit and community organizations.

Yes. Go Shliach is designed to support CSV imports and campaign imports so you can bring your existing data with you.

Yes. Each organization can invite staff, bookkeepers, volunteers, and admins, each with the right access level.

Yes. Go Shliach can generate, email, print, and track receipts — with custom templates and automatic sent statuses.

Yes. It can track birthdays, anniversaries, and yahrtzeits, and generate reports so you never miss an important date.

Yes. Every organization has its own sealed workspace, and the separation is enforced by the database itself on every query — not by application code that could forget. One Chabad house cannot read another's records, and neither can a bug.

There are no card numbers in Go Shliach to steal. Card details go from your donor's browser straight to Stripe, our payment processor, certified at PCI DSS Level 1. Go Shliach never receives, transmits, or stores a card number, a security code, or a bank login — we store the record of the gift: amount, date, donor, fund, and receipt.

Nobody enters your workspace quietly. If our team needs to open it to help you with a problem, that action is written to an audit log with the person, the time, and what they did.

Yes. Accounts are invite-only and scoped by role: a bookkeeper works the books without opening your donor notes, a volunteer logs a visit without seeing the finances, and owners and admins hold the keys. Two-factor authentication is available on every account.

Yes. Your records export to CSV on request, and delete on request — subject to the tax and legal retention your own organization is bound by. We do not sell your data, share your donor list, or use it to train AI.

Yes. The interface is mobile-friendly for contact lookup, calling, and adding notes wherever Shlichus takes you — and a native iPhone & Android app is coming soon.

Yes. Every organization’s dashboard includes website access — create and manage a public site for your Chabad, with online donations, event registrations, and inquiries landing in the same workspace your office already uses.

Everything. There is one plan — every module, your website, unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and help importing your existing records at setup. No tiers to compare, no per-contact pricing, and no feature you have to give up to fit a smaller plan.

It includes a full CRM, but it is not only a CRM. Contacts and households are one module of ten — alongside accounting, receipts, the Hebrew calendar, Mivtzoim outreach, events, email campaigns, reports, your website, and team roles. It is the operating system your whole Chabad house runs on, so you are not stitching a CRM together with add-ons.
